Registration Acknowledgment
All registrations will be acknowledged by email. Please include the email address you would like your confirmation sent to and please write clearly. If you do not receive an acknowledgement please contact the team at onCue .
Registration desk location and opening times
Your registration pack will be available for collection from the onCue registration desk at the Town Hall. The Registration desk will open at 8am on the 3rd November and remain open throughout the conference.
Registration Fees
Earlybird rates apply for registrations recieved on or before 2nd September 2011. Late registrations are those recieves on or after 3 September 2011. (All fees include GST)

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancelled registrations on or before 3 August 2011 will receive a full refund of registration fees, less administration fee of $100.00.
Cancelled registrations after 3 August 2011 will not be possible unless exceptional circumstances prevail and are at the discretion of the committee. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty.
All cancellations or changes must be made in writing strictly through onCue.
Accommodation Cancellation/Changes Policy
In the event that you do not inform us of a cancellation or do not check in on your specified arrival date, your booking may be cancelled and accommodation charged to your given credit card by the accommodation provider.

Disclaimer
In the event of industrial disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances that disrupt the conference, the conference organisers accept no responsibility.
The information on the conference website and in the printed collateral is correct at the time of publication. However, the conference organisers reserve the right to change information.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organising committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
onCue accept no responsibility for changes and/or cancellations made by the service provider. onCue disclaim any and all liability to any person in respect of the consequences of any failure to operate, accident or injury which may occur on services reserved and ticketed by onCue or where operator error or accident is the cause.
Insurance
Delegates are encouraged to take out personal travel and medical insurance which includes loss or damage of personal possessions, including loss of registration and accommodation fees through cancellation.
Privacy
The information supplied on your online registration form will be shared and used by the RéserveGroup NZ eTourism Conference 2011 Secretariat. Unless you indicate otherwise on the registration form, the Secretariat will include your name on the list of conference participants distributed to delegates and sponsors.
